trails around cherbourg

i live in poole.uk and would like to come over to cherbourg with a group for some green lanes / trails. i have the ign carte de promenade but do not know where i can ride? does anyone know? is there somewhere i can find this info?
would someone reading this like to guide us for the day for payment?
